As Sustainability Reporting & Assurance Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Actively assisting in the drafting of ESG and sustainability related proposals in the context of tendering for new business
  
• Assist clients in crafting and assuring sustainability reports.
  
• Stay abreast of sustainability reporting practices and standards (e.g. ESRS, ISSB, SASB, GRI, etc.), becoming the go-to expert for our teams and clients.
  
• Engage in coaching and mentoring through presentations and workshops, enhancing our clients' technical expertise in ESG and sustainability reporting.
  
• Analyze and operationalize the delivery of upcoming new regulations (e.g. CSRD, CSDDD, etc.).
  
• Lead project teams, and guide them in the preparation of project deliverables, reports and presentations
  
• Assist clients in carrying out sustainability plans and initiatives by utilizing technical evaluations of the best available practices and technologies available
  
• Engaging on business level discussions/ workshops with clients and documenting business requirements
  
• Develop and manage long term relationships at senior levels with clients
  
• Manage teams of associates and be responsible for their career development
  
• Application of common sense / commercial awareness / knowledge obtained during the project to assess the quality and reliability of information supplied
  

What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of client facing experience leading and delivering advisory or assurance work in the field of ESG, sustainability and climate change
  
• Experience and proven track record of exceptional performance in one or more of the subsequent domains: Climate change and decarbonisation, sustainability reporting, ESG assurance, sustainable finance
  
• Knowledge of national and EU sustainability related regulatory advancements
  
• Demonstrated expertise in ESG-related frameworks and standards including but not limited to: ESRS/CSRD, GRI, SASB, TCFD, TNFD, CDP, ISO 14001- EMS, ISO 14064 - Greenhouse gases, GHG protocol, EU Taxonomy
  
• A university degree in business/finance, economics, accounting, engineering, a sustainability-related subject, or another discipline with strong quantitative elements
  
• Excellent critical thinking, intellectual curiosity and problem solving abilities
  
• Strong research, analytical and report writing skills
  
• Excellent project management skills and a demonstrated track record in overseeing challenging projects.
  
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and experience handling large amounts of data
  
• Strong personal initiative, agility and resourcefulness
  
• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English & in Greek)
  
• Military obligations fulfilled
