Talent Acquisition Associate (Operations)

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, your tasks will include the following:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for operational roles
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and the skills necessary for each position
- Provide insights and recommendations on candidate selection based on recruitment best practices
- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition activities to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in operations or a related field
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, Language Cert C2 LTE or C2 IESOLcertificate would be a plus)
- Advanced IT Literacy is required. ECDL Core/Expert certification will be considered an asset

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
Any person who is engaged by People Cert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to People Cert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by People Cert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
- A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
- Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
- HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
- Financial background check
- Employment reference check
- If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK
