Your role in more detail:
As Talent Development & Engagement Specialist you will

Participate in all phases of the Performance Management cycle and assist in analyzing performance review data and implementing personal development plans

Develop the talent strategy ensuring that the talent management agenda is aligned with personal career objectives and the business strategy

Work on the design and implementation of various talent management and development projects and programs, including career paths and succession plans, to support personal and corporate growth

Identify learning & development needs across different departments and participate in the development of training programs and learning materials

Evaluate external and internal training opportunities and coordinate with trainers to develop training courses and programs using various learning methods

Organize and monitor the implementation of onboarding and training programs to ensure they meet objectives & review feedback to identify areas for improvement

Develop and implement empowerment programs and internal activities to foster a culture of teamwork and continuous personal and corporate improvement

Develop and implement culture & engagement strategies to continuously improve employee engagement and working environment

Collaborate with Corporate Communications & Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent employee communications and employer branding

Collaborate with our HR team members to create and implement a cohesive HR management system, role modelling teamwork and accountability

Your Qualifications:
Postgraduate studies in HRM

At least 5 years of experience in HR – Specialized experience in Learning and Development will be considered an asset

Very Good knowledge of Pylon HRM – Familiarity with ERGANI will be considered an asset

Fluency in Greek and English

Computer literacy (Office 365 applications, in particular)

Excellent organizational and communications skills, with an ability to prioritize important information and projects

Ability to establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with internal & external stakeholders
