Some of the position’s requirements and responsabilities:
- Fluency in English (C1 level minimum)
- No previous experience in Technical support is required
- Voice-Triggering is a mechanism that uses voice recognition technology to control access to a particular device or feature.
* Positive triggers: These recordings are single audio requests (i.e. 1 utterance per audio file)
* Negative triggers: These recordings are single audio segments (i.e. 1 utterance per audio file) extracted from podcasts and we need to confirm they do not contain the trigger phrases.
