Our client is a German-based digital bank offering a fully online, mobile-first banking experience. Founded in 2013, it provides services such as checking accounts, debit cards, and financial management tools through its app, available across Europe and the U.S. N26 is known for its user-friendly interface, fee transparency, and innovative features like real-time transaction notifications and easy expense tracking.
Your responsabilities:
- Support German- Speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with their questions or issues.
- Focus on fraud prevention, data protection, and safeguarding our customers.
- Help improve our product by being the link for customer feedback and suggestions, as you know the customer best.
- You speak German in proficiency
- Intermediate English level (at least B2)
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team
- Possible start on 04.11 or 11.11
- Working schedule: Monday-Sunday 08:00-00:00(Greek time - 8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week)
- Full time employment, 12 months fixed-term renewable contract
- Fully remote work system throughout Greece (also islands)
- Private Health insurance (in addition to standard insurance)
- Previous experience is not required, training is is provided at the beggining of work
- Online recruitment & hiring process
- 1300€ gross per month + 2 extra salaries per year
- up to 15% monthly performance bonus
- Holidays (weekends) are paid higher (according to the Greek law)
- Flight ticket sponsored and by the company
- Taxi will wait for you at the airport
- 4 weeks accommodation in a hotel
- Assistance with finding apartment - real estate agency fee covered by the Company
