Our client is a Hotel Industry and is looking for an Account clerk / Accountant to support account duties:

Responsibilities:
Responsible for account payable, invoice checking, data entry and other related matters.

Report any irregularities or exceptions to the supervisor during the payment process.

Maintain up-to-date data in the accounting system and filing records.

Handling bank payments, employee reimbursements, and petty cash.

Prepare bank reconciliation.

Prepare accounting report for month-end closing, year-end closing and auditing, etc.

Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting or above.

2 years or above related working experience.

Accounting experience in Hotel / Rental industry are highly preferred.

Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese and English.

Proficiency in computer applications, particularly in MS Excel.

Experience in using Accounting systems is an advantage.

Self-motivated, mature, work independently and efficiently.

Immediate available is highly preferred.
