Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operation
Handle daily receipts, voucher entries, and maintain good filing system
Prepare cheques and banking document for payment approval and bank reconciliation
Handle accounting services including the preparation of required documentation, bank payments and expenses claims reimbursement
Assisting in monthly financial reports
Assisting in annual audit and taxation matters
Handle other ad-hoc duties as required
Support and act towards the BDO Global Vision and the Mission of the Firm
Be committed to act with the Firm’s core values and competency expectations
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
At least 2 years working experience in accounting field
Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
A team player with good communication skills
Immediate availability is highly preferred
