Position Description
The candidate will provide administrative support to the BM TOT Department. The role will be responsible for maintaining authorization records, scheduling training sessions, and coordinating with other departments to ensure that training requirements are met. The candidate will also coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders and external training vendors to arrange training sessions for staff in Base Maintenance.
What You'll Do
Maintain and keep up-to-date authorization records for Base Maintenance
Assist in ensuring employees in the Base Maintenance department receive required training
Support BM TOT Department to accomplish assigned tasks What You'll Need
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Recognized diploma in any disciplines.
Good command of Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, organizational and time management skills.
Proficient with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
Proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
