Responsibilities

• Actively promote the Group's services to both existing and new customers to achieve the financial targets set by the business unit.
• Serve as a storyteller to pitch and present creative proposals.
• Manage retained clients and develop sales leads assigned by superiors, guiding them from the pitching phase to closing deals.
• Handle client and project management, including gathering project requirements, design briefings, presentations, and preparing quotations and costing sheets, as well as securing contract confirmations.
• Brief production teams and liaise with stakeholders and interoffice departments to ensure smooth operations and high standards, meeting the Group's targets and expectations.
• Ensure efficiency and high-quality performance on all assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above, preferably in event management or a related creative discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an agency, exhibition, or event company.
• Creative with a strong marketing sense, organized, and responsible.
• Proven abilities in time management, negotiation, and multitasking.
• Effective problem solver who can think laterally to ensure continuity of service.
• A good team player with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Event Manager position.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20,000.00 per month
