Assistant / Facilities Manager
Responsibilities:

• Handle daily facilities management and security operations in the service-covered premises
• Manage a team of security personnel / frontline staff to ensure that the performance meets the compliance standards
• Perform regular inspections to enhance the safety and operational efficiency of the premises covered by the service
• Communicate closely and attend routine meetings with the client's representatives
• Check, monitor, and maintain proper sites records. Consolidate and submit reports to the client
• Deal with security issues and emergencies as they arise

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in facilities management or a related discipline
• At least seven (7) years of relevant experience
• Holder of a valid SPP and QAS. Possession of a private car driving license is a plus
• Preferred to have an advanced first-aid certificate and experience in AED knowledge
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Work Location : Kowloon Tong
