The appointees will perform a wide spectrum of administrative duties including (a) managing various scholarship and financial aid schemes; (b) coordinating nominations and reports for submission to Government bodies and donors; (c) liaising with external stakeholders and internal offices; (d) organizing and coordinating events; and (e) providing secretarial/other administrative support related to scholarship, financial aid and insurance administration.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in scholarship and financial aid administration in the educational sector will be an advantage. Ideal candidates should be capable to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility. They should be well-organized, collaborative, attentive to details and be sensitive to students' needs. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
