The Sustainable Living Programme of Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden exists to facilitate community transition to low carbon living and harmonising our relationship with the environment. We are looking for a Guest Service Manager who share, and are willing to join us to further the mission.

Main Duties:
The job holder will oversee daily operations of Guest Services of KFBG Sustainable Living Department at the Green Hub in Tai Po (www.greenhub.hk) and a new establishment named the Food Hub at Shek Kong. He/She reports to the Head of Sustainable Living.

Responsibilities:
Management of frontline operations to ensure efficient and quality guest services at the Green Hub and Food Hub.

Work closely with internal and external parties to catalyze collaboration in alignment with KFBG mission.

Monitor guest feedback, sale performance and environmental targets to seek appropriate enhancement.

Handle situations in accordance with policy and procedures to ensure the human safety and sustainable living goals.

Perform occasional shift-duty and essential to serve duty on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Requirements:
Commitment to the mission, vision and values of KFBGC.

Have a deep appreciation of sustainable living.

A degree in hospitality management or related disciplines.

At least 5 year working experience in guest services with 2 years in supervisory capacity.

Strong sense of service excellence and attentive to detail.

Excellent skills in guest relations, problem solving and crisis management.

Strong leadership and analytical skills, and able to work independently under pressure.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is an advantage.

Computer literacy is essential and good knowledge of Front Office system.

Physically fit for outdoor activities

Open minded and recognize the validity of all spiritual paths.

5-day work per week. Working on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays is essential. Required to work on duty-shift occasionally.

Required to work at both the Green Hub and the Food Hub. Valid driving license is an advantage.
