Responsibilities:
Perform concierge & secruity daily duties in a timely with helpful manner

Handle and answer guests’ enquiries

Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Overnight shift duty is required

Requirements:
Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline

2 years relevant experience in customer service or hospitality industry

Holder of valid Hong Kong Driving License (Class1, 2) and with good driving record

Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit

Outgoing personality, self-motivated, diligent and customer oriented

Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
