月薪: $75,000 - $77,900

要求：
1. 香港工程師學會（土木界別）法定會員，或同等資格
2. HKDSE/HKCEE 中文及英文Lv 2 /E 或以上優先
3. 具備土木工程項目管理及建築信息模擬(BIM)知識及經驗者優先
職責：
1. 就與資產管理有關的資訊數碼化，向資產管理分組 (AMSG) 提供支援；
2. 協調建築信息模擬(BIM)審計，並為進行審計提供專業意見；
3. 開發和維護 BIM 資料庫；
4. 掌握資產管理方面最新 BIM 技術的本地及國際發展；
5. 監察路政署項目的 BIM 應用及提供技術意見；
6. 定期出席 BIM 項目的 BIM 會議
Requirements:
1. Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil Discipline), or equivalent
2. HKDSE/HKCEE Chinese & English Level 2/ Grade E or above preferable
3. Knowledge of and possession of experience in civil engineering project management and Building Information Modelling (BIM) will be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
1. To provide support to Asset Management Sub-Groups (AMSG) on digitalization of information related to asset management;
2. To coordinate the Building Information Modelling (BIM) audits and provide professional inputs for conducting the audits;
3. To develop and maintain a BIM data repository;
4. To keep abreast of the local and international development of the latest BIM technology in asset management;
5. To monitor BIM uses and provide technical advices in projects of Hy D;
6. To attend regular BIM meetings of BIM projects.
