Job Description
About the role
We are currently seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager to expand our client network in the Greater China regions. The successful candidate will work independently to maintain business relationship with existing clients and follow up opportunities with potential clients, including client presentation arrangement. You will study on market trend and obtain key information for company references.

Ideal candidates must have:

At least 5 - 8 years’ experience in international architecture firms in BD or Marketing sector;
Bachelor degree graduate, preferably Architecture and Engineering disciplines;
Have an in-depth knowledge of China domestic real estate and architecture environment and be familiar with the standard procedure of local project developments;
Experience in an international company environment;
A good independent thinker and communicator;
A positive attitude towards obstacles and tight deadlines;
Fluent English and Chinese in speaking and writing.
