Responsibilities

Supervise and delegate subordinates for mis-en-place preparation, table set-ups and the proper handling of equipment

Perform side duties assigned by Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager upon requests

Requirements

Over 3 year’s Hotel F&B Service and with 2 years in similar capacity

Formal training in Hotel F&B Service

Good communication skills

Good command in both spoken/written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
