Our restaurant in Wan Chai is looking for passionate and efficient Chef de Partie to join our team!
Job Duties

• Support the team in daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications with minimum food wastage
• Assist in placing ordering and stock taking
• Keep workplace hygenic, neat & tidy
• Maintain excellent standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area as according to health department regulations and company standards

Requirements

• At least 2 years relevant work experience for CDP
• Proactive and self-motivated. We appreciate a 'can-do' attitude
• Good communication skill and good team player
• Excellent personal hygiene
• Attention to details
• Can communicate in English
• Must be Hong Kong Permanent Resident or with permission working in HK
