Contract Staff (12 months FTC), Global Commodities Accounting, Financial Management Division
CONTRACT

A role that will work closely with Global Commodities Division; as an advisor on local UK business
Key Accountabilities
- Participate in IFPR including the monthly calculation that comply with IFPR requirements
- Daily trading Pn L calculation and journal booking
- Daily treasury preparation
- Daily control account reconciliation
- Monthly management account preparation
- Assist monthly and annual corporation tax and VAT calculation, returns preparation and communication with local tax authority
- Assistance of annual financial accounts preparation
Skills & Experience
- With solid experience in accounting, particularly in Global Commodities business
- Excellent knowledge on Excel and Accounting software – Sage
- Sufficient IFRS knowledge to assist financial statements preparation
- Able to assist implementation of new IFPR
- Able to assist various local tax filing preparation, and communicate with local tax authority
- An excellent team player and be able to communicate at different level
- Can read and write English and Chinese
- With an accounting qualification
