The group owns two MICHELIN starred restaurants: Arbor (Two Stars) combines seasonal Japanese produce and refined Nordic sensibilities to create innovative Nordic-Japanese cuisine, while ÉPURE (One Star) channels seasonal ingredients from France into elegant, contemporary French cuisine. Ami and Wood Ear are the group’s latest project, presenting an elevated “fine bistronomie" experience, where guests can enjoy great food with a fine dining touch as well as rare whiskies in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. 工作地點：

荃灣中央廚房

工作職責：

準備、切割和包裝肉類和魚類產品供應予餐廳
處理及切割不同肉類和魚類產品
確保中央廚房的食品品質及衛生情況達到公司要求
確保中央廚房的凍房及熱廚房的運作順暢

職位要求：

具有食品處理 / 職業培訓證書 / 廚藝課程證書者優先
具 2 年中央工場 / 高級餐廳 / 西餐廳工作經驗者優先考慮
積極主動，對工作有熱誠，富責任感及團隊合作精神

( 經驗較淺的申請人，可申請初級廚師職位)
