Data Management Associate
Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, validation, and quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of client and transaction data
• Conduct regular data reconciliation between internal systems and external sources to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in the maintenance and updates of the client master database, including creating new client profiles and updating existing records
• Prepare and generate various reports and data extracts as per business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related queries and issues
• Participate in data migration projects and system upgrades as needed
• Implement data management best practices and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Provide support and training to end-users on data management procedures and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a data management or operations role, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets and databases
• Proficient in using data management tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data quality standards is preferred
• Ability to document and standardize data management processes and procedures
