Job Description
Molecule Financial is a HONG KONG home-grown financial platform which provides real time analytics. We are looking for a digital marketing executive to be a part of our star team to bring new ideas to our marketing strategies and create an extraordinary user-experience into the fintech world.
Responsibilities

• Conducting research and analysis to identify specific customer needs and preferences in Macao & Malaysia markets, including factors such as cultural norms, language, and local regulations.
• Developing a customer service blueprint that outlines the service touchpoints, tools, and channels needed to support customer acquisition, retention and interactions in these markets.
• Identifying and leveraging key partnerships with local service providers, vendors, and government bodies that will help to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Promote our brand to the target by digital marketing means. Defining and tracking key performance indicators and ensuring that customer service performance metrics are aligned with Stockviva's goals and objectives and tailor to Macao & Malaysia markets.
• Anticipating target market's customer needs and developing proactive means of engagement that will help to build customer loyalty and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in Marketing, E-Commerce or related discipline
• Basic finance and stock market related knowledge is a must
• 1- 2 years relevant working experience is an advantage
• Willingness to learn with strong sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
• Average 5-day working week with flexible patterns
• Proficient in MS Office, English and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh Graduate are also welcome
