Our client is a Hotel Industry and is looking for a General Service Manager to support General Operation duties:
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Hotel Manager in the management of the Front Office operations and ensuring the smooth running of reception and guest services counter.
- Responsible for the daily operations of Front Desk and Guest Services.
- Handle emergency cases in accordance with hotel policies and procedures, such as ensuring the safety and security of all hotel guests and hotel staff.
- To analyze guest feedback and recommend appropriate enhancement.
- To work with internal and extneral parties to ensure high quality services are delivered.
- High Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 year working experience in Hotel Front Office / Guest Services with 3 years in supervisory capacity.
- Excellent skills in guest relations and crisis management.
- Strong leadership and communications skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
