Responsibilities:

• Devise and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
• Identify market opportunities for new menus, new product development and pricing proposals based on changing customer preferences
• Streamline operational efficiency
• Identify & penetrate new customer segments
• Formulate strategies to build strong rapport with customers & corporate clients
• Ensure efficient and effective communication between operations team, food production team and management team
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Retail Management / Hospitality Management / Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with 3 years at supervisory level in restaurant / café / retail operations from FMCG or hospitality industry.
• Experience in restaurant / café / retail shop opening projects is preferred
• Solid experience in developing strong and stable service team
• Self-driven, result-oriented, independent, hands-on, meticulous and analytical
• Strong interpersonal, people management and problem solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
