Our client is a leading global IT services provider headquartered in Vietnam specializes in software development, IT services, and digital transformation solutions for various industries, including finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and logistics. With more than 25 years history, one of the largest technology and telecommunications groups with well-established business across 30 countries, 80 offices.
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic leader to join the team as the Head of IT Sales for HK. In this critical role, you will spearhead our sales initiatives, playing a vital part in shaping and executing the company's overarching sales strategy. Your expertise will guide the team in developing and implementing innovative personal sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development: Design and implement personal sales strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the APAC market, aligning with overall business goals.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are prioritized and addressed effectively.
Project Leadership: Lead complex sales projects from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
Contract Negotiation: Actively participate in contract negotiations, leveraging your expertise to secure favorable terms that benefit both the company and our clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to achieving common objectives.
Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement, implementing necessary adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management or other relevant disciplines.
10 years working experience in the role of business development within IT solutions industry, preferably within sizeable and IT outsourcing companies.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth through innovative strategies.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
Resilience Under Pressure: Your ability to remain composed and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations will be crucial for navigating challenges.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with sales management tools and CRM systems will enable you to effectively manage the sales pipeline and track performance metrics.
Team Leadership: A strong leader who can inspire and motivate a sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
