Human Resources Officer

- Implement staff engagement programs and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture within the company
- Provide on-site support for employee engagement activities and other company events
- Implement communication and engagement strategies to ensure effective two-way communication and a harmonious relationship between the company and its staff
- Coordinate with internal parties to facilitate the effective execution of promotional initiatives
- Prepare regular HR-related statistics and reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with employment-related ordinances and alignment with Hong Kong practices
- Handle ad hoc tasks as required
The Person
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years or above experience with employee relations, experiences in aviation industry would be an advantage
- Exhibits excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and thrives as a collaborative team member
- Maintains a positive and 'can-do' attitude
- Shows a strong desire to achieve more through teamwork and fostering meaningful relationships
- Capable of managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other HR-related regulations in Hong Kong
