The role

• Implement staff engagement programs and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture within the company
• Provide on-site support for employee engagement activities and other company events
• Implement communication and engagement strategies to ensure effective two-way communication and a harmonious relationship between the company and its staff
• Coordinate with internal parties to facilitate the effective execution of promotional initiatives
• Prepare regular HR-related statistics and reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with employment-related ordinances and alignment with Hong Kong practices
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required

The Person

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years or above experience with employee relations, experiences in aviation industry would be an advantage
• Exhibits excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and thrives as a collaborative team member
• Maintains a positive and 'can-do' attitude
• Shows a strong desire to achieve more through teamwork and fostering meaningful relationships
• Capable of managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other HR-related regulations in Hong Kong
