We are excited to announce the opening of our new restaurant MEDORA, LIZ & TORI at mid of October 2024. We are looking for a passionate Junior Bartender to join our team to deliver a high-quality and unique dining experience and advance your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the Bar station for opening and closing procedures at the restaurant and performing various behind-the-bar tasks, such as making drinks, restocking the bar, and preparing garnishes.

Job Requirements:
1 year’s relevant experience in a restaurant or café.

F.5 or Diploma holder of Hospitality management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, able to communicate effectively to successfully defuse tense situations.

Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.

Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese.

Hong Kong citizen only.
