Junior Customer Service Admin Officer (Full time / Part time)

Our client is a leading meal plan company in Hong Kong, known for providing healthy and customized meal solutions to its valued clients. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dynamic and passionate Junior Customer Service Administrative Officer to join its team. This role offers a great learning curve for individuals who are interested in the food industry and will work closely with management in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Maintain and develop good relationships with existing clients:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Assist in operational and administrative support to the team including preparation of reports:
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Handle ad hoc assignments and projects:

Requirements:

l Degree/Diploma holder in any discipline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g Vlookup functions)
Comfortable with standard Microsoft Office programs.
Good grasp of spoken and written Chinese and English
A team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
