Junior Customer Service Admin Officer (Full time / Part time)

Our client is a leading meal plan company in Hong Kong, known for providing healthy and customized meal solutions to its valued clients. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dynamic and passionate Junior Customer Service Administrative Officer to join its team. This role offers a great learning curve for individuals who are interested in the food industry and will work closely with management in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop good relationships with existing clients:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Assist in operational and administrative support to the team including preparation of reports:
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and projects:
Requirements:
  • l Degree/Diploma holder in any discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g Vlookup functions)
  • Comfortable with standard Microsoft Office programs.
  • Good grasp of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • A team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
