Job Description

The Financial Analyst will play a dynamic role in acting as a business partner to support both regional FP&A function and accounting operation for the APAC region (‘Region’), covering the following markets: China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and India.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in month-end closing, preparation of budget, forecast and business plan for the Region
Deliver regular management reports in a timely manner and utilize Power BI to develop dashboards and visualizations for month-end data analysis
Assist the supervisor in monitoring financial performance and analyze results to minimize impact on variances against budget and forecasts
Support day-to-day accounting operation and month-end closing for the market subsidiaries
Provide recommendation on workflow improvement
Perform ad-hoc projects when required

Requirements

1-3 years of relevant working experience
University degree or above with professional accounting/finance qualification or equivalent preferred
In-depth knowledge of Office Pack (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
Proficiency in Power BI, including experience in creating reports and dashboards
SAP, BPC and HFM experience
Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English (both written and oral)
Experience in luxury industry, eyewear industry in particular, will be an advantage
High learning agility, self-starter with ability to prioritize and work with stakeholders from various background
