We are looking for a Learning & Development Officer based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Learning & Development Officer, we rely on you to:
Assist and liaise with the Learning & Development team in developing, coordinating and conducting various learning programmes that support the success of the business units.
Assist with Learning Needs Analysis to understand the learning needs and provide or facilitate learning interventions that answer to the learning needs
Create and support the execution of all learning strategies and programs: Compulsory, Functional and Leadership programmes
Assist in designing and delivering e-learning courses, workshops and other learning intervention
Facilitate and coordinate learning activities with external parties
Track learning progress and evaluate learning effectiveness
Administrate and promote Shangri-La Academy Online
Assist and monitor the trainee programme hiring and on-boarding processes
Provide administrative support, reports and monthly Learning Calendar
Create content such as videos and interactive quizzes/exercises in line with Shangri-La guidelines and proofread learning materials to ensure consistency
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor

We are looking for someone who has:
Degree in Human Resources Management, Media Communications, or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in L&D or HR, preferably with exposure in sizeable company
Proven records in developing training materials by online course creation platform, video editing and possessed with knowledge in multi-media learning applications (i.e. Vyond, Canva, infographic, etc.) is definitely an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications and other related IT applications or system will be an advantage
Ability to pick up trends and engage in social media platform
Team player, creative and able to work independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English, command of Putonghua is an advantage
Candidate with less experience would be considered as Learning & Development Assistant
