We are currently looking for a Manager, Portfolio to join our Portfolio Team in Hong Kong’s premier lifestyle hub - Pacific Place. It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax. Our Portfolio Management team is professional in leasing and management of a comprehensive development comprises retail, office and five-star hotels, and providing quality services to our tenants and creating added value to make Pacific Place even more exceptional.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists with the leasing and day-to-day management of retail properties for Pacific Place
Foster customer relationships, interact with prospective and existing clients on new lettings, tenancy renewals and rent reviews
Responsible for the coordination of tenant fit-out projects, budgetary control and assisting with the oversight of the daily operation and maintenance of the properties within the portfolio

REQUIREMENTS

University graduate; Professionally qualified in General Practice Surveying (HKIS) or equivalent preferred
Minimum 5 years’ experiences in leasing and property management, with international exposure would be an asset
Makes good and timely decisions that keep the organisation moving forward
Interpretates and applies business, financial and market knowledge to make business decisions and advance organisation's goals
Achieves results, even under tough circumstances
Builds strong teams through partnerships and works collaboratively; applies their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals
Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, with strong customer service focus
Excellent command of spoken and written English, fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin will be an advantage
