Toys buying office / trading company with small office in Hong Kong

We are looking for Office Assistant – with details as follows :

The Job :
Provide daily office support

Clerical support to Merchandising & Shipping teams

Data entry, typing purchase orders & sales orders into system

Coordinate the booking of inspections

Arrange packing/dispatch of samples

Handle courier in and out booking

Some outdoor work to banks (for bank-in cheques), post office (for mail out samples) and shipping companies

Keep stock of pantry items and arrange shopping to fill up pantry

Arrange accomodation for overseas staff visiting Hong Kong

Documents filing

F.5 graduate is preferable

1+ year work experience in office environment

Experience in trading / manufacturing / buying offices is a plus

5 days work

Annual leave : 14 days

Medical insurance
