要求：
1. HKDSE/HKCEE: 五科Lv2/E級或以上，包括中文及英文
2. 一年檔案館/博物館/圖書館工作經驗；
3. 熟悉館藏管理系統者優先；
4. 精通電腦應用程式，包括 Microsoft Word、Excel 和 Access，及中英文資料輸入。
職責：
1. 執行不同檔案資料的交接工作；
2. 核對資料，檢查資料狀況，並依資料外觀及內容分類；
3. 在博物館藏品管理系統（MCMS）中建立物件記錄及輸入物件資料
4. 與館藏中現有的物件進行對照檢查，並為每件物件分配加入編號和標籤；
5. 在MCMS中執行加入程序
Requirements:
1. HKDSE/HKCEE: Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese & English
2. At least 1 year of working experience in archives/ museums/ libraries;
3. Knowledge in collection management system is preferred;
4. Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, Chinese and English data entry.
Responsibilities:
1. To perform handover of archival materials acquired by different units;
2. To check correct item details against the checklists, examine the physical conditions of the material and classify the materials according to its physical appearance and contents;
3. To create object records in museum collection management system (MCMS) and input object data
4. To counter-check with the existing objects in the collection and assign accession numbers and label for each objects;
5. To perform the accessioning process in MCMS.
