Responsibilities:
Handle and communicate monthly invoice to customers.

Manage Hong Kong office’s inventories and keep in and out records and check monthly inventory balance.

Responsible for office administration duties.

Assist financial personnel in completing related tasks.

Execute business-related tasks assigned by other supervisors.

Requirements:
Degree or associate degree holder or above. Candidates come from science field, or finance related profession is preferrable.

Candidates with experience in Mainland China and Hong Kong financial accounting are preferred.

Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

High proficiency in Microsoft office.

Detail-minded, patient and a good learner.
