Performance & Reward Executive (Ref: 240001DA)

Responsibilities

Support the development of policies and manage the end-to-end processes for the administration and control of employee benefits programmes, including medical, retirement, and group life insurance schemes, to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Deploy effective communication strategies and promote employees’ awareness and understanding of the Corporation’s benefits and wellness initiatives.
Support the review and implementation of an equitable and competitive total reward and benefits package that aligns with the Corporation’s strategy and business goals.
Keep abreast of statutory requirements and market best practices by participating in market surveys, and provide knowledge sharing and support to HR service teams.
Conduct comprehensive HR analytics of performance and reward data to identify trends and insights that facilitate strategic decisions.
Prepare insightful reports on analytics and present findings and recommendations to management clearly and concisely.
Participate in regular or ad-hoc projects and initiatives to support departmental goals under a matrix reporting structure.

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Management or a related discipline
A minimum of 2 years’ solid experience in reward and benefits administration
Knowledge of HR-related policies and procedures and with good understanding of employment-related ordinances and regulations
A team player with good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Detail-minded, analytical, organized and capable of working independently
Experience in data analytic tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel and Power BI etc) is preferred
