- Supporting Sales: Assist in the entire sales process, from pre-commitment support to integrating our software within the client's existing tool stack, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Product Customization: Work closely with clients to customize our product to meet their specific needs and ensure it integrates smoothly within their environment.
- Driving Customer Success: Ensure early value realization for customers to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and net retention.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies, including optimizing sales processes and planning territories to maximize efficiency and results.
- Technology Management: Oversee the sales tech stack, including CRM integration, task automation, and the management of other sales tools to enhance productivity.
- Training and Development: Lead training initiatives, manage hiring processes, and oversee knowledge management within the sales department to ensure continuous improvement.
- Performance Improvement: Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics, implement compensation plans, and create incentives to drive high performance across the sales team.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes to eliminate barriers for the sales team, enabling them to focus on selling and achieving their targets.
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
- Ability to customize products and processes to meet client needs.
- Experience in training, team development, and performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per month
