Job Description:
1.Responsible for market research, product demand, collaborating with marketing team members to collect and analyze market needs. Plan new product positioning and functional requirements for the lighting industry solutions, including collection, description, analysis, and prioritization.

2.Decompose the lighting product requirements for the metal processing and oil & gas industry solutions, and define product solutions.

3.Manage the product lifecycle, including product introduction and retirement processes.

4.Identify market trends, research technological developments in niche industries. Participate in industry associations and trade shows to further understand products and industries.

5.Collaborate across departments, acting as the primary product expert and knowledge resource for customers, sales, and service teams. Organize industry solution and product knowledge training activities. Lead product launches.

6.Provide comprehensive marketing plan and technical support to designated marketing team members.

7.Align with company strategic directions and execute continuous improvement initiatives as per product lifecycle management.

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration, or related fields.

2.Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, excellent communication skills.

3.Five or more years of work experience in special harsh and hazardous environments (metal processing/oil & gas/offshore).

4.Three or more years of experience in the special lighting industry is preferred. Over two years of industrial product planning and management experience.

5.Proficient in requirements management and product management, familiarity with PMP knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:
1.Experience in developing and launching products and services.

2.Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

3.Leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams, interpersonal skills within team frameworks.

4.Product management and project management skills.

5.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 20% of the time.
