About this role
Being part of the Project & Construction Department, you will provide on-site support and monitor the overall control of site activities.
Responsibilities
  • Carry out project coordination activities, including updating construction drawings, project documentation, and submissions.
  • Monitor on-site construction progress, ensuring adherence to the project schedule and timely completion of milestones.
  • Coordinate and liaise with various parties to ensure smooth progress of document submissions, material procurement, and site works.
  • Assist with ad hoc assignments when required.
職責:
  • 進行項目協調工作，包括更新施工圖、項目文件和提交資料。
  • 監控現場施工進度，確保遵守工程進度並按時完成。
  • 與各方協調聯絡，確保文件提交、材料採購、現場工作順利進行。
  • 需要時協助臨時任務。
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above in Interior Design, Construction, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience in the Fitout Industry.
  • Solid experience in project coordination and construction documentation, such as site memo, R.F.I and C.F.I documents.
  • Proficiency in MS office and Auto CAD for fitting-out projects is essential.
  • Knowledge of construction drawings and site Installation experience.
  • Experience with BIM is an advantage.
  • Please include your portfolio, past works, or references with your application.
