We are looking for Project Secretary - with details as follows :

The Job :
Report to Office Manager

Provide daily administrative support to the Project team of 3 members

Organize and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties

Manage documentation and correspondence.

Coordinate project schedules

Prepare regular monitoring plan to ensure project deliverables are on schedule

Compile reports, proposals and related documentation for the project team

Maintain and keep update project files

Any ad hoc tasks as required

Degree holder

2+ years secretarial / administrative support / project support or equivalent

An advantage if experience in a consulting engineering environment

Proficient in English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus

No trips is required

5 days work

Annual leave : 12 days
