We are currently looking for a Property Officer to join our Portfolio Team in Hong Kong’s largest outlet mall – Citygate Outlets. It is a perfect destination for Shopping, dining and entertainment experience. Our Portfolio Management team is professional in leasing and management of a comprehensive development comprises retail, office and carparking, and providing quality services to our tenants and creating added value for our investments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate tenants’ fitting out matters and day-to-day operation
Prepare leasing and tenancy documentation
Handle tenants’ enquiries and complaints effectively and to maintain good relations with tenants
Prepare regular reports for management review

REQUIREMENTS

University graduate / Higher Diploma holder in real estate, property management or related disciplines
3 years of experience in retail property management/leasing
Good negotiation and communication skills
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
Good PC skills on MS Office
