We are currently looking for a talented Property Officer to join our Residential Leasing Team. With sophisticated design, high management standards and outstanding quality, our residential developments offer an exceptional living experience with a focus on long-term value creation for residents and the community. We conceive, design and develop world-class residential developments which reflect our commitment to quality.
- Cold calls, negotiation, viewings, close deals
- Attend handover / takeover of premises with the tenants upon lease commencement / expiry respectively
- Handle tenant's enquiries / complaints
- Coordinate with other parties on daily management & maintenance of the property
- Prepare income & expenditure budgets for residential investment portfolio
- Degree holder of surveying, housing management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in property leasing and management
- Holder of Estate Agents Licence preferred
- Holder of PMSA's PMP (Tier 2) Licence is an advantage
- Holder of HKIS/RICS is an advantage
- Good negotiation and analytical skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Good PC skills on MS Office and Chinese word processing
