Position Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will be the bridge between our recruitment experts and our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify potential clients through market research, networking, and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their talent needs and challenges.
• Collaborate closely with our recruitment specialists to source, assess, and present qualified candidates to clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business partnerships.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and client feedback to refine our service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
