The Hong Kong Chinese Christian Churches Union (HKCCCU) is a Christian organization with a long history. Kwong Yum Care Home (Integrated Aged Care Service) is directly managed by HKCCCU. Its establishment expresses the Christian faith for both the pursuit of quality aging life and care. We are now looking for high calibre people to join the dynamic multi-disciplinary team:

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor professional nursing care and personal care services

Coordinate staff engagement matter and provide regular supervision to nurses and frontline care partners.

Coordinate with inter-disciplinary team members, and ensure the best service quality on the spiritual end-of-life care model.

Coordinate and implement staff training programmes and service development, complying with our Vision, Mission and Core Value.

Mainly serve in regular working hours, but required to support clinical care when necessary.

Requirements:
A recognized bachelor degree in Nursing or relevant health care study with valid certificate of registration is preferable, and Practicing Certificate of Registered Nurse issued by Nursing Council of Hong Kong;

Serve as a change agent with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as Christian faith and passion to serve the seniors;

Experience in palliative care/ end-of-life care would be an advantage;

Minimum 5-year post-graduation working experience in relevant service is preferable.
