Currently, we are seeking a talented professional to join our Payroll & HR Outsourcing division as a valuable member of our team. In this crucial role, you will play a pivotal part in managing our clients' payroll matters, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate payroll calculations to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, including MPF calculations.

Prepare monthly and ad hoc payroll reports to ensure timely and accurate delivery to clients.

Handle employer's tax compliance matters to ensure adherence to taxation legislations.

Collaborate closely with clients to address payroll-related queries and provide expert guidance.

Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and ensuring compliance in all payroll activities.

Key Requirements:
Post-secondary education, preferably with a major in accounting, human resources management, business studies, or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in payroll outsourcing services, payroll administration, and compliance.

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Hong Kong payroll processing, HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and relevant taxation legislations.

Action-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Associate position.
