Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail

Answer questions about hotel facilities/services and room accommodations in a professional manner

Job Requirement

University Degree/ Higher Diploma in Hospitality or related disciplines

Relevant experience in a sizeable hotel is preferrable

Demonstrate good interpersonal and customer service skills

Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
