Our Client has been appointed as an exclusive importer and general distributor of European motor vehicles for Hong Kong. The new exclusive dealership will offer the complete model lineup as well as full aftersales service capabilities, parts and accessories to customers.

They are currently seeking high caliber individuals for the following position to join the dynamic new team:

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement effective sales tactical program to drive channel business initiative and keep up sales momentum in timely manner.
• Lead and motivate the team to drive sales performance to achieve sales targets.
• Proactively cultivate new client relationships through strategic outreach initiatives, leveraging existing connections to drive business expansion.
• Analyze sales trends and market intelligence to prepare sales forecasts, sales analysis reports, and stock management.
• Manage the showroom operations and deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in marketing, business administration or relevant qualifications.
• A proven track record with minimum 8 years’ solid vehicles sales experience achieving revenue and sales goals, including 3 years in managerial/supervisory level.
• Strong leadership abilities, able to guide and coach team members to achieve business excellence.
• Strong commitment, with a positive, proactive and get the job done mentality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers.
• Strong passion for automotive is a MUST.
