Responsibilities
- assist in managing the social media accounts of the HK gov dept;
- develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for social media platform of HK gov dept;
- create compelling and engaging content in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English, encompassing various formats such as video scripts, captivating captions, informative articles, interactive stories, and community engagement post with a view to upholding positive and professional image of the HK gov dept;
- collaborate with production and design teams to brainstorm innovative campaign concepts and content strategies that align with the overall communication objectives;
- continuously track and analyze key content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) using relevant analytics tools;
- generate regular performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and optimization in content strategy and execution;
- leverage data insights to refine content approaches, ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and desired outcomes; and
- Have a Hong Kong bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in the disciplines of Media Design / Communication Design / Creative media / Public Relations and Advertising Design;
- 3 years of experience in Copy writing / Advertisement
- Proficient in Adobe AI & Photoshop
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
- Portfolio of work in pdf form
