We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about hospitality and delivering a first class customer experience.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the serving of wine, ensuring the right temperature, glassware, and storage of bottles.

Ensuring stock levels are maintained

Perform a combined role of Floor and Sommelier duties to serve our guests recommending food and wine pairings in accordance with the menu.

Able to serve tables, understand the food menu, and be familiar with food notes and sequence of service.

Prepare all drink garnishes keeping the garnish station continuously stocked.

Supporting maintenance and stock checking of the wine cellar, ordering and updating the wine list.

Report to the Operation Manager / Head Sommelier.

Requirements

Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in fine dining, lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Sommelier.

Proven work experience in a Sommelier role.

The ability to upsell and offer food and drink suggestions to guests.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Have an interest in wine and beverage with a passion for developing their knowledge further.

Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

The Holder of WSET level 3 certificate or above.

Hong Kong resident only.
