Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

Ensure the quality of food and hygiene standard in the kitchen are consistently meet with Company Standard
Assist Head Chef to monitor the development of all level of Chefs by recruiting, training, and managing the team
Maintain an effective way to communicate with management so all issues can be solved in a timely manner

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in kitchen management, preferable working in a high-volume East Asian/ Singaporean Cuisine / All Day Dining Restaurant before
Good leadership, management and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and quality standards
