We are looking for a Sous Chef – Marina Grill Kitchen based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!

As a Sous Chef – Marina Grill Kitchen, we rely on you to:
Oversee the daily operations, ensuring high-quality food products and food safety standards are consistent

Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities in the kitchen

Responsible for develop menus appropriate for the outlet operation, market and business goals

Ensure service of food is completely to members satisfaction and to the standard required by the company

Maintain compliance of club policies, rules and statutory regulations related to fire safety, security and hygiene

Develop employee skills through training and coaching

We are looking for someone who has:
Form 5 or Certificate holder of Western Kitchen of Vocational Training Council

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in prestigious hotels, clubs or restaurants, with at least 2 years in a similar role

Solid understanding of food hygiene practices and HACCP

Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented, motivated and able to work under pressure

Good command of English and Cantonese
